I've dealt with Peter and others there with no issues both times i've driven there to pick up product. Both times i've been treated with nothing but respect.

I've had good experiences with M7 so far.

the couple times I've ordered things that were out of stock I was notified fairly promtply and given a time-line on when to expect the part. (and they did follow through with the timeline they gave me, from what I remember. it was a while ago). Peter has replied to my emails within about a day or less if I had any questions.

so far I've ordered a strut tower bar and cold air intake from them. which look nice together as well.

What was your experience?

My experience with M7 has been good. Had one hood scoop in stock and shipped it out same day. This was after a warning ,from a well know retailer, that M7 would say that they had stuff in stock when it really wasnt.

I've ordered two items over the past 2 years, front strut brace and fibre glass diverter. Good service relatively quick shipping considering I'm in the Great White North.
Not all Mini part suppliers will even deal with Canadian orders so I appreciate their service.

I too had heard some of the rumors regarding M7 but took my chances. Just got my Extreme Scoop delivered yesterday ..had a few issues due to holiday and shipping but Pete was great about responding to my emails and concerns within the hour of sending them...Great quality and I will definitely be a repeat customer .

I am on the fence with with them but will buy more stuff from them in the future. Ordered a part on Dec 21st, wasnt shipped to till the 3rd and wasnt given a tracking number to know it was shipped until i emailed them on the 7th which they replied back and the next day which was good. And lastly the part didnt come in until the 9th, but due to the holidays i kinda expected that. So 20 days from order to delivery. I like way motor works speediness

I've ordered multiple times with them and its always been good. Heard the rumors but never paid attention it. My biggest worry was when other retailers(those who carry M7's product steered me away from them). That's a big issue when your own retailers don't like your products. Personally I've not had issues with them.
