Adjustable LCA's a must for coils?
I'm probably picking up a used set up Megan racing coilovers with about 10000 km on them for my R53
Is having adjustable LCA's a must or will I be fine without them?
Ill just have more rear camber the lower I go?
Also will Megan's rub with stock 16 inch cooper s wheels ?

I just had a new set of Megan's installed on my R53 last Friday. Out of the box, the settings for height were perfect for what I wanted, which ended up being probably around a 0.75"-1.00" overall drop. The rear camber is ever so slightly at a larger angle than stock. I would envision the wheel wear to not be anymore than stock...
ALTHOUGH I should mention that I now take corners fast and hard because of the coilovers I had installed (and I also had a 22mm rear sway bar done at the same time). I could see extra wheel wear happening sooner because of my driving habits.
Hope that helps!

It doesn't look great right now, because the wheels are so inset from the fender. I should probably get spacers for my 17" s-lites but I'd rather just save up for better rims

I just don't want to pick up these coils, drive to my buddy's shop 80km away to have him install them; then get stuck there because the wheels don't clear the springs without spacers.
It seems as if you didnt have that problem with the S-lites. I wonder if its the same with the honeycomb 16" wheels
anyone know the offset of both of those wheels?
