Lazt Revving/Hesitation and loss of power. Timing off?

Hey guys, I just put my motor back together and in the car. I had trouble at first with the timing, but after moving the chain two teeth it fires up fine now. The only problem is that it's extremely lazy to rev up at all.

It starts perfectly and revs up to about 3K fine albeit slightly lazily. I'm still getting a P0341 camshaft sensor code.

Would my car still run even if the timing was off by one tooth on the cam sprocket?

I'd really like to figure this out before going in and just trying to move it a tooth again and do all that work because my hands are already beat as it is.

Also getting two o2 sensor codes.

Thanks!

Don't know for sure of course, but yes the car will run just 1 tooth off.

I'm going to take a guess that that's the problem and the reason I'm also getting the o2 sensor codes is because the fuel/air mix is not burning entirely causing an irregular exhaust gas.

Does that make any sense as a theory?
