Im looking at some enkei 92 cuz they are affordable and made in Japan for my r53 but the biggest I found is 15x8 so far, Is that too small and would that effect anything negatively? Like the handling? they are 4x100 with a 25 or 38mm offset
As long as they clear the brakes and you have the right tire you should have zero issues. Being they are lighter then stock you will feel that difference in handling and performance. I would use the 38mm offset because IMO 25mm will stick out to far.

Just realize that your bigger (taller) sidewall will have more flex in the corners. (that is, if you have 16's now..)
Also make sure the clear the center bore. If not, you'll have to get them machined out.
