Need help: VIN sticker placement on doorjamb
Several months ago I had both my rear quarter panels replaced under warranty on my 2006 MCS for rust damage underneath the taillights. In the process, the body shop failed to transfer or replace the VIN and tire pressure stickers, which I noticed about a month after. I went back and forth with the dealer for a while until they finally agreed to have it reprinted.
The service advisor just recently sent me the sticker in the mail for me to apply myself. However, I don't remember exactly where on the doorjamb it was located. I'd like to have it as close to original as possible. (I know, I'm a bit ****.) Can someone take a picture of their VIN label that shows where it is placed on the doorjamb?
I also wanted to get the tire pressure sticker replaced, but the service advisor tells me without the original there is no way to know which sticker was on there - supposedly there are several different ones. If he had the part number of the original he could get it but too late now...

FWIW, my other car is an Audi and the door VIN sticker is actually higher up on the door jamb, between the strike plate and the outside edge of the door jamb. So placement does vary by manufacturer.
Was just hoping that someone would have been kind enough to post a picture of his or her VIN sticker here so I could see exactly where it goes. Guess I'll just keep an eye out for other MINI drivers when I'm out and about and ask if I could look at theirs.

Then your car has most likely had some body work done. It came from the factory with a VIN label and a tire pressure sticker on the driver side door jamb.

Here you go:
The VIN sticker is about two fingers below the door latch strike plate.
The edge of the tire sticker is right about where the curve in the door jam is.
There are two other little stickers, and they're about a key length from where the black plastic ends....
See photos.
