I want to do spacers on my mini for looks and for handling. Right now I'm running r56 16" wheels on my r53 and tein springs. I was thinking 15mm or 20mm h&r track spacers. Any advice/ideas?

from what ive read, you can put a lot of stress on other components with the spacers... and you have to watch your wheel lugs; sometimes you have to get longer ones to compensate for the spacers, or do a conversion to studs (which again from what ive read isnt the "best" thing for the car).

thats really all i know! ive wanted to do some spacers myself, like some 5 or 10mm, but am still unsure if it will cause issues and if my wheel lugs will even work properly with said spacers.
