2006 r53 headlight xenon (don't want)

Hey guys sorry if this has been covered before but If looked round to see if there are any forms on this and could not find any.

So I have a 2006 r53 with the auto leveling xenon light I believe that I don't want ( previous owner tried to Joey mod them ) looks bad and new housings are way to much for what they are. I just want standard headlights any help on that I could do or what I will need to swap them out!

As soon as I pull them they will be up for sale for those who want to swap to them!

Thanks and once again sorry if this has been covered

Before you pull them you need to check the voltage at the plug for the headlights, I don't remember if it's actually been done, but it's been long believed that 2nd. gen OEM xenon cars don't use a 12v supply.

Honestly, re-doing the JoeyMod wouldn't be a big deal, except it looks like whoever did it painted the inner reflector/chrome for the high beam as well, which basically means 'extremely poor high beam', and depending on how they did it, there may be no chrome left there at all. You'd have to take it apart to know for sure.

they dont look terribly bad, the fog can be fixed by some glass polish, and the headlight rings re plastidipped to black and should be ok
