Hey everyone, thanks for the great welcome, I actually called "ask-mini" yesterday...serious long distance call cause I'm in Paris, France right now...but had to call...anyway, they gave me an estimated production date of Week 26 or the last week in June...well...now the serious wait begins...even though I'll be in Paris until the end of June, I suppose that there will be plenty of distractions here to keep my mind somewhat occupied...Thanks again everyone...and I look forward to reading more from you all...anyone else have a June production date? would love to whine and pine with others who are also waiting...my wife thinks I'm crazy...

Let's watch the production video, wishing that there was a webcam in the facility so we could see our own car.

You're in Paris too?! Im here until mid July. What brings you to this great place?? Im here studying. But I have yet to order my MINI. Im thinking about putting in an order for an 05 once im back in the states this summer, but it remains to be seen. A lot of it depends on how much I've spent in the past few months!!

hey applechello, yes teaching at the sorbonne until the end of july...the wait is driving me crazy for my week 26 build...we should meet for coffee someday, I'm usually at the starbucks by the opera most every day...

for the rest of you...is anyone else expecting a June build? Should I be nervous because they are gearing down the 04 productions and moving to the 05 model production cycle? might they get sloppy on the remaining 04s? I am going nuts here but when i get my baby all will be right again in the universe...
