Is that style of "cooper" lettering only on the early justa? I like it

When I bought this one, the lettering had all fallen off - so I replaced it with an old style name badge (reproduction) that I snagged on eBay.

Nice. I know we all get grouchy at times we have issues with these cars but yet they are still so much fun.

Not sure of the year. I did have to drill 2 holes in order to mount it and also (gently!) work a slight horizontal curve into the emblem so that it followed the shape of the boot.

The red is Chili Red that I had mixed up at the local auto body paint shop. I did the mirrors, scuttles, license plate frames and rear chrome boot trim with it too.

The dash, dash posts and speaker covers on the doors are done in multiple coats of Rustoleum Hammered Finish paint finished off with a clear coat of lacquer.

The oval door handles are next... once I get in the mood to pull the door panels and mask them off to get painted.
