For a used spring you can get a wide search for that part at www.car-part.com.

I just bought a set of the JCW springs, but you can still buy stock springs new. They are not listed in the normal place on real oem but if you go to the dealer with your vin they have a drop down that says something like spring table on their main tabs and it brings up a screen where you enter all you car options and it spits out spring part numbers based on the options picked.
if you want jcw springs they have a dummy vin ( MI44444 ) that calls it a JCW challenge car(real oem has this as a model) and then you get the same option table but different part numbers.
My car is a non sunroof manual so my springs will work on that, there is also sunroof, manual, non sunroof, auto, and sunroof, auto.
it took the parts guy about 20 minutes to figure out how to look it up since they don't get spring orders very often. I got the original estimate on a day when the parts guy was off and the back up parts guy speced out sport suspension springs since he didn't know you need to use the dummy vin to get the jcw options....
anyway in summary of my rambling, go to the dealer they can get them for you, if you buy used make sure the car they came from has the same roof/transmission combo as you.....
edit: forgot to mention you can ask for an estimate they will print it out with the part numbers and you can google around and find the best price. For me it was the dealer since I get list price (I buy so many parts as an individual I have an account. I'm not sure if that is good or bad) and shipping is free. Being in Alaska shipping kills me since hardly anyone outside of Amazon will ship here for free.

Go you PM , they are weighted to the VIN and options. If they have a suplex option for that spring I will let you know. Good spring, OEM supplier for some manufacturers.

Yes we have sets of used springs. Just look at the spring and you will see some paint strips on it. Usually grey on a Cooper S front. Let me know what color and I'll try to find a used match for you.
