R50/53 Wheel hop

Wheel hop
I'm getting wheel hop when I'm on the gas hard in 1st or 2nd in sharp turns where I start to get wheelspin, I do not have a LSD
at the last autox someone noted my tires would shake a good bit when this happens, anyone else have this? I put the car up on my lift and everything looks ok, no torn bushings but when on the ground I can push forward on the tire a bit, there is bushing play but I'm not sure how out of the norm it is
I replaced shock upper mounts, one was torn but no affect on wheelhop

Powerflex bushings will help tighten up your suspension and improve the handling of your MINI. They're definitely a good investment as they're also more cost efficient than OEM replacements. They have street and race bushings to choose from as well, so make sure you get the set you're wanting to utilize the most. Be sure to check over all your suspension components like the ball joints HERE and it might not be a bad idea to change them out while you're in there. We have the PF mount inserts HERE as well. We have a tech article on our site if you need help doing the replacement.
