Paid $2,49 for prem in Stockton yesterday. So far, 215 miles on odo with nearly half a tank left. This could be my best gas mileage yet!

Sunday I paid 2.49 for premium in Calistoga. Just over $30 to fill up. Not too bad. I used to pay $30+ to fill up with regular in my Camry.

mmmm... Sunoco 100 is good, but CAM2 grape is my favorite. Too bad it's leaded.

That's incredible for California! I didn't think you could find 91 octane gas for more than $2.49.

Does anyone remember that oil was less than half the current $50+ a barrel only two years ago? Repent! you profligates

13.7?!? Where's your MINI hiding the extra half gallon?? I thought we held only 13.2? Makes you wonder if their calibration had a "thumb on the scale" issue??

Maybe I'm wrong (I've been wrong many times), but is your compression ratio really that high? Retarding detonation with 100 octane is pretty extreme, and if your ECU handles 93 octane pretty well, buying 100 may simply be a waste of money (except for bragging rights)

My $.02

OK, I put 13.866 gallons in my car this morning. Now, the gauge (as seen below) was way down there and the pump is de to be reinspected any time now, but I have done this before as well. I think they might be a little on the safe side with their capacity.

Sorry for the crappy camera phone pics, it is all I had.

Here in the NJ suburbs of Philadelphia, gas is hovering just under $2 a gallon. Do you folks use regular, premium or what? What's recommended?

$3.499 at Chevron this morning.

But I promised not to complain anymore after seeing in another thread this morning what our European counterparts are paying.

I filled up my MC the other day for around $34 here in South Carolina, at I believe in the $2.95 area. But I will get about 400 miles to that with all the highway miles I do

Good thing I don't "drink" 12 gallons of OJ, or bottled water, or Starbucks, etc., a week

This morning I drove from my apartment in Menlo Park ($3.79/gal 91OCT at Sand Hill and Sharon Park Dr.) to find something cheaper, ended up in Redwood City 5 miles away for $3.55/gal 91OCT...

Wondered if the Hummer filling up behind me thought about what he was putting into the tank, if it matters. He put in 20 gal for about $65 (used low octane?).

Amazing how one can drive just over the border into Oregon and pay a LOT less.
