here are two threads i did on the aero kit. do a search and you will find tons more. i really like my kit. it holds up well to most anything, was very easy to install, and fit well, but also kept the lines of the mini. i knew from day one i had to have it.

So what is the total cost of doing this?
I see that the kit in my Mini catalog is $1200... unpainted. I didn't see that it had parts for the trim over the wheels though.
I absolutely LOVE the look of the aero kit... I just wouldn't be able to do any of the work myself and I fear it's a little out of my budget

I think when the dealer paints and installs, comes out to about $2500.

Here's a shot of my car. We also sanded the black smooth, painted it with flexbond, then body matched everything. The result is outstanding! I had my car in stock guise for the first couple of years, and now I just can't stop looking at it! I wish I had done this when I first got the car.
You can see from the last shot in the series that I kept the stock rear bumper, and just painted it to match. In my humble opinion, I like this look better than the rear aerokit bumper.
Hope that helps!

I had the bonnet stripes before, and I had intended on replacing them after painting the car. It looked so solid and mean without any stripes, I decided not to go with any at all. I think it looks as good as any MINI I've seen - and I've seen a bunch!
Good luck, and I'll try to find who's car that was.
