Rear hatch latch question

2006 R53 S can someone please answer if all these sound correct. Ultimately im trying to figure out if my tear hatch is operating properly.

1) all doors lock at 12 mph
2) only driver and passenger door unlock with one push of the top button of fob (3 button fob)
3) rear hatch only unlocks with 2 pushes of top fob button or by the switch on the dash.
4) rear hatch does not unlock OR pop open when 3rd button (little car with hatch open)on fob is pressed. Really looking for it to pop so I can add springs to prop rods.
5) Windows and sunroof do NOT open with long hold on top button.
6)alarm goes off if I long hold 3rd button on fob.
7) only drivers door unlocks when I turn the ignition off
8) rear hatch only opens by hand and E cable under seat
9) I feel like a real race car driver when I drive my cooper.

Trying to remedy the hassle of using the rear hatch. Would love to get the fob to pop the rear hatch latch.

Only the last bullet "I feel like a real race car driver when I drive my cooper" is certain.

Most of the rest depends on how the little car was molested (programmed) by the dealer and left the lasting scars.

I guess my question would be is there or should there be a switch that works with the fob to unlatch the rear hatch?

The fob only unlock the hatch. You still have to press the lever to unlatch. Unlock does not mean unlatch. I know you want it to do what fancy newer car do, but the Mini is never that fancy.

"Windows and sunroof do NOT open with long hold on top button." Thats a programmed option, on older MINIs the dealer or person with a NCS expert could program it.

On the trunk its just unlock on the older MINIs.
