system bleed

I replaced my clutch, slave, and calibers. I bought a cap kit to pressurize the system for bleeding. Do I bleed the slave first then the brakes, or does it matter what order I go?

As long as you don't let the reservoir level get too low, it really shouldn't matter.

After replacing my clutch my pedal is super soft and shifting is difficult with the car on. If I get it into gear the wheels immediately want to roll even with the pedal pressed.

I let the slave cylinder relax completely as I hung it up out of the way next to the booster. I think I need to bleed it. Any advice? Any thoughts?
