I searched and people are saying, push the black peice towards the side with 2 clips then it’s easy to pop of the 1 clip of other side.

yup that didn’t happen, so hard

even do the reverse still didn’t happen

 

The only thing you can do is keep trying, gently pry between the pieces from the curved side.

If the tabs do break off, black RTV actually works well for "glueing" the chrome piece back on, while allowing you to take it apart again if you need to at a later date.
