No start, please help.

Hey everyone, I have done a lot of searching on here for my answers. I have a 06 Mini s that won’t start. Car will cycle on and fuel pump everything kicks on minus no crank at all. Would a bad BCM cause it not to crank over? The BCM got wet but was working until I unplugged it to let it dry out and now nothing. Is there some thing else I should be looking for?

Check all of the grounds under the hood.
Check the clutch pedal switch. You are pressing the clutch down, right?

Only thing I did was unplug the BCM let it dry out. There is a set of grounds under the trim piece next to the BCM that I haven’t rewired (wires were eroded) yet attaches inside just under passenger door. I also a have exact same year Cooper s automatic could I swap BCM to see if it would start? Or would the ECM and EWS immobilizer stuff not recognize it?
