2005 Mini Cooper S Window Problems
So back when I first got the car the passenger window would never go down. I thought it was just a fuse, so I checked the fuse. Wasn't broke. So I checked power to the fuse with a voltage tester. The power was all good. Then I thought it was the window motor so I did all the tricks, banging on the door above the speaker, holding the window switch while banging the door, disconnecting the battery. Nope nothing was working. So then I check voltage to the passenger window motor, it was reading no voltage when I pressed the window switch down. I also checked the driver window motor and was receiving voltage when I pressed the driver window switch down so the driver window was good. Then I got a new toggle switch cluster, still didn't work. Took the toggle switch cluster apart down to the board, checked the toggle switch board connections, all good. Checked the wires there too, all good. Then I got down to the Body Control Module. When I pressed on the window switch down, there is a click coming from the BCM (guessing its a relay inside). Nothing when I press the passenger switch. I took the BCM apart down to the board, cleaned the whole thing off with 91% IPA along with the connectors. Connected it back up after drying and still no luck with the window. However, after examining the BCM, I see where the clicking is coming from. There's two relays about an inch in front of the green x332 connector. On it it says "NEC" Philippines. The two relays are exactly the same. The part number says "ep2f-b3g1s". Next to that is says "4K1 101" (Not sure if that is a part number or serial number). I will include a picture. But I checked pin 7 on the x332 green connector (coming from the passenger window fuse) and it's receiving power. So I think the voltage ends at the small relay I assume. I'm out of ideas and have found nothing online so I thought I should ask if someone could help me out, that would be great.

WOW! I think you went way deeper in it than most people go.
In most cases of the R50/52/53 window no operating is due to a bad spot on the brush/contact pickup on the window motor armature, and in most case can be resolved with just about an hours worth of work. Remove the lower portion of the window motor (careful to catch the brushes and springs when you slide it apart) take a cloth and wipe off the armature contacts then with some super fine sandpaper give the contacts a light scuffing and wipe it off again. Reassemble and reinstall the assembly and that should sort it out.
Basic steps are:
remove door card
remove the speakers
remove the window glass
remove the window regulator and motor assembly from the door
remove the four motor housing screws to separate the motor body
clean the armature
-REASSEMBLE just reverse the order
Details for each step can be found in your service manual and videos can be found on YouTube.
Best of luck.
Motor On!

Wow ... Sorry you are going through all this.
Time to trace to circuit. (this is one reason why I am so happy I don't have to work with robots anymore, well this and the fact they were always trying to kill me)
I don't have the PIN OUTS for the BCM, the quick and easy way is swapping out the BCM, BUT, I don't suggest you run out and buy if you can find one you can borrow to test. And if you are limited in cash a used BCM may be better suited for your needs, like from these folks: https://www.allmagautoparts.com/coll...l-parts?page=1
Ideally you could find a known good used one you can test to see if it resolves your issue and if it does you can purchase it, if it doesn't you can say thanks and continue to Troubleshoot.
(For me the worst part of writing Troubleshooting Procedures for electronics is that over the years I have worked with analog/digital electronics ... I have determined old fashion Magic is more reliable)

I'm sorry I have to go through all this too I made a 10 page packet of every wire starting from the fuse and ending at the passenger window motor. It has every wire color, connector locations and connector id's such an "x???", pin numbers, ground points, etc. I will check all the connections and if no avail, I will pick up a used BCM and test it from there

The solution has been found. I bought a used Body Control Module from a same year as mine Mini Cooper at the junk yard with the same part number and hooked it up to test the window. The window worked perfectly fine. I guess there’s a bad part/relay on my Body Control Module.
