Bargin $500 Mini-RSD,Carpet Delete, Roll Bar, Spare Tire Carrier, DONE
So it's done at last. RSD, Carpet Delete, Roll Bar with Spare Tire Bracket.
A few ups and downs which I'll go into detail on my build thread, this is the fun parts, the pics! Seats go in tomorrow then Blue Car gets a bath and a RIDE! I hoped for 2 weeks, knew it would be 4, turned out to be 6...

Looks like my "vision"...
Not a bad shine for plywood.
More shine.
Safety third...
Was a bit of a challenge getting everything installed with no scratches.
Shine where it doesn't show. Mark of a true madman...
My favorite view.
Opps, Almost forgot the carpet delete...

Jag,
I ordered it through Detroit Tuned, but the bar itself is the "Auto Power" brand. I ordered the "Street Roll Bar" and added the cross bar and the spare tire mount myself.

They do offer a roll bar with the cross piece already installed, [Street-Sport Bar] The cross piece on that bar has a bend to move the cross piece rearward. I assume for more seat room and the bar to add a strap on harness. With the straight bar installed the seat actually touched the down tube first so the straight tube works fine.

I think they build them to order as the delivery time is about 1 month. They came with grade 5 bolts that were cad plated which I replaced with grade 8 as I'm a sucker for the gold color. The installation was pretty straightforward but the seats do need to come out. I did it alone, but I think it would really help to have a helper.
Also, an important note, you need to specify sunroof or no sunroof.
The bar comes painted black. I emailed them and I think they said it was a DTM [direct to metal] Rust-Oleum product. I do wish they had a "no paint" option as sanding the paint off was a bit of a PIA, If you want something other than black, and to be honest it's not the greatest paint job which suffered a few dings on shipping. A little surface rust [if present] would be a lot easier to sand off. I thought about writing to them and suggesting such with maybe a $10 discount for no paint.
All in all I was pretty happy with their product.
