I will be replacing the upper & lower engine mounts on my 108K mile R53 with the OEM/Lemfoerder items. I was wondering what the longevity of the transmission mount rubber is like, please? Obviously I will assess when I remove it, but just curious what folks have found. Best price I can find is $170, as I can only seem to find genuine BMW/Mini versions for sale...
It seems to be more durable than the other two mounts, but I don't know by how much. Mine looked more or less fine when I added some poly inserts at around 70k miles.
