Coding/programming question

2006 JCW I am trying to turn off the automatic central locking as well as change the temperature to °C and 24hr time. However, no matter how many times I try it, it doesn’t work. I am using an Autel scanner that has been successful with changing some settings on Volvos

I don't think you need to code these items. Do you have a copy of the manual? Sure it would be in there. I can dig it up if you don't have a copy.

These functions are built-in I believe.

I do have a manual. I don’t recall seeing anything in it about this. Though I haven’t looked specifically for it. But there isn’t a menu like the R56

no its a coding option, at least the central locking, and things like all windows up or down by holding key or long press remote. My all windows up works but isnt coded for all windows down....wish it was

I'm not sure about the time and temp settings, but the central locking can definitely be coded. I've never used an Autel scanner though. INPA + NCSExpert/Dummy will fix it.

Central locking and temp in °C is a recode job , can be done with NCS EXpert .24hour time can be done from central instrument.

Curious thing. So I unhooked the battery to reset adaptions after replacing the camshaft. After starting it, the temperature changed and the seatbelt dindong is gone. But automatic central locking is still active
