intro to my R53 BUILD, EXTENSIVE im told
ok started with a bone stock 06 MCS with 80k.....aisin 6sp steptronic (swapped new fluid)
SUSPENSION and BRAKES
NEW HART brake kit front and rear with ceramic pads and new fluid
new BILSTEIN b4s with MANZO lowering springs and MEGAN racing roll center comps,.
new inner /outer ball joints
Rear adj DOORMANCamber arms,
08 Alum Trailing Arm conversion with WMW shock adapters,
19mm rear sway bar with poly bushings
front and rear GODSPEED adj drop links
CRAVENSPEED tower defenders
all bushings are tight
DRAG dr19 7.5 wide rims with 205/55/r16 Forceum HENA tires

15% SC pulley
K&N CAI
one ball mod
60mm intercooler
rear wiper delete with spray redirected to spray H2o onto intercooler for extreme cooling before hard accel/kick down
billet expansion
billet PS
DIY tower brace
2 core ALUM radiator,
first stage resistor bypass / replacment mod (gold 50ohm alum )
2nd stage cooling fan Toggle switch (for manual activation)
aftermarket digital water temp / voltage guage with 98c alarm
alta tensioner stiop / gates tensioner/ oem Harmonic balancer
ENA coil ;pack / 10mm dragonfire cables/ iridium one step colder plugs
rear seat delete 25lb drop, rear wiper delete 4 lb drop, approx wieght dropped after wheels 6lb each, trailing arm conv 8 lbs each
25+4+24+16= 69LBS DROPPED WEIGHT
OBVIOUSLY many body/aero enhancments and bling
led rally lights
THATs the real meat and potatos of the build and as its pictured is how it now sits..... never done but not needing anything......... performs and drives like an entirely different car that when i got it a year ago ... now at 88k
yes thast a custom fabricted reverse light of my own making......... chrome bumpering is to conceal strange deep paint gouges on bumper
YES, I CHROMED IT OUT, i like the chrome look, deal with it, i make no apologies
So i just thought i would throw this out to all of you who appreciate a build with some character
