'04 pre-facelift R53 with headliner mounted clock.
Silly question:
I set the clock to read in 12hr AM/PM.
At midnight; my clock reads 0:00 instead of 12:00 AM.
Is this normal?

Silly question to ask (I know) - but could not find the answer, in the owner's manual, online or the Bentley.

Totally normal, we call that "*****" in the military (ie *****-thirty, *****-fifteen etc)

 

Hold both buttons down to toggle between civilian and military time. Remember that before noon civilian and military time looks the same, i.e., 8:28. If you wait until after noon, i.e. 13:28, when you hold the buttons down it will switch to 1:38.

It has been a while since I've taken a midnight cruise. I would've sworn my clock read 12AM but memory is not what it used to be (I guess).
