Is there any advantage to running JCW 380 fuel injectors on a low mileage MCS with a 15% pulley or will it require a tune? Thanks

Yes, there is an advantage, they won't have to run at as high of a duty cycle to compensate for the extra air from the pulley.
No, you won't "need" a tune. The factory ECU can compensate for that amount of extra injector flow, you just can't go larger than 380cc injectors without a tune.
