Thanks to my wife and son, here are some pics of my MINI. They were taken today in some pretty gloomy overcast weather. Hope you guys enjoy them. I posted some more in my gallery for all who are interested.
What kind of rims are those? Can you post a picture of the front? Tell us about the colored lenses on the headlights. What big break kit is that? I like the aero skirts

The rims are Kyowa Racing rims, 17x7, 17 lbs. The lenses are stock just covered with a yellow protective film I bought off of ebay. BBK is Brembo. And here is a front pic taken again by my wife (she was getting a little artsy)
I love the carbon fiber in the interior! I like that rubber shift boot as well, first time i've seen that on a MINI. Did you buy that steering wheel with the suede/leather like that or did you have someone do it?
2per and wknd, yes that is Alcantara on the wheel, seats, and door panels. The headliner is done in black Alcantara as well. It was all done by the interior shop that I used. They did all the carbon work too, it doesn't show but all the pillars are carbon and the rear package tray (behind the seats is carbon also). dgszweda is correct about the shift boot, MSFITOY is the first one I know of to use the rubber boot. In fact, MSFITOY is been the inspiration for a few of my mods. Next up are the craftsquare carbon mirrors, postal service tracking says they are sitting in my office right now!
I really like my MINI (even though I catch alot of grief from my buddies) and I know you guys know how I feel. I also forgot to mention the name of the shop that did the work. It is Stitchcraft Interiors in Huntington Beach CA. They do some of the work on the show "Overhaulin'". First class guys all the way.
The audio guy at Stitchcraft hand laid all the carbon in the car (beside the dash as that came stock with MC40s). I wanted to go with Hamann stuff originally but I did my whole interior for a little more than what the Hamann carbon kit would have cost.
The shift boot is actually for a Hyndai Tiburon. Again, MSFITOY gets credit for being the first. You can find them on ebay every now and then and they are really easy to install. I believe Octane Guy has a how to in one of the forums.
I must know, how did you get your hands on a the JCW seats? Or did you buy Sparco's and have them done up?
I seriously DIG the custom carbon fiber. It's exactly how i would have it done if I had the cabbage.
I need a fatter wallet.
No JCW seats, actually Sparco Milano Prestige (same seats as the JCW, Sparco actually makes them) that the guys did up at Stitchcraft. They also did the carbon, for alot less money than Hamann wanted. I just received some craftsquare carbon mirrors (again, like MSFITOY, man do I say that alot!) that are out getting the bases powdercoated. They aren't cheap but they are BEAUTIFUL! I will post pics when installed.
