Does anyone know if there is a waiting list here in So.cal and about how long the list is (waiting time). Thanks for the info!

All dealers across the US are able to order MC immediately. However, wait time for the MCS varies on location and I have heard can range up to 10 months. In Michigan, they are focasting a July delivery right now, so we are at 6/7 months.

 

If you live in socal, you very well could find your dream MINI Cooper on one of the many lots. I was on the Irvine lot today. They have a ton of MINIs that are from places like Vegas, where sales are not so quick. Use this site and call ALL of the lots. Be upfront and tell them what you want and at what price you can pay. Make sure to tell them you are a member of this site, they know about it. If all goes well the MINI you want could be in your drive-way by the end of Jan.
In some cases a dealer might have MINIs on a truck coming in that are available too.
If you want an MCS...sorry! You will have to wait.
