So does anyone here think they might get one of these new "Next" MINIs?...

Without seeing a production one, I will definitely get one if they come in AWD, despite thinking it's ugly and fat. I already have my plate picked out. "FATTY GB".

It's going to be my barebones track car so I can beat it like a red-headed step child. And I'm gonna park it in the street. It will be lucky if I zaino it. I'm going to strip it naked too. No seats. No carpet. No leather. No love. Going to really let it know what I think of it. .

When I'm done with it you guys will think it got raised in that Alp prison that Batman was raised in before he became Batman. End up tough as nails. People will be like "Watch out for that car, the owner used to beat it when it was younger, it sics *****."

Me. We are eagerly awaiting the launch of the Clubman Estate wagon

 

Not gonna strip it down but yeah, I'll definitely get another MINI. I may wait 'til '08 just to see how things shake out. Personally, I just can't jsutify putting a lesser car on the road. Worsed case, though, I still have my beloved '03!!!

 

Count me in for an all-wheel drive version. Whenever that comes out. Trading my '02 for an '05 w/LSD. Then it will be an 0? w/LSD & AWD.

Just hoping that it doesn't grow any in the new models. I want it to stay under 12' long.

 

The Clubman has to be longer, otherwise it won't be a station wagon.
