(Outta curiosity, does anyone know what kind of car that's based on?)

I think Oscar Meyer should buy up a few MINIs and MOD 'em out as MINI Wienies, ya know... like cocktail dogs. It would be hilarious to see the big one going along the highway with six little ones trailing behind.

Weeeeeeee!

Oscar Mayer History

There’s a lot of history here. So get ready to feel a little nostalgic as you cruise back in time and see how the Wienermobile™ vehicle has evolved through the years.

My all time wish is to drive the Weiner Mobile to my high school reunion. That would be T&A.

ok, after college, a couple of my friends were hired to drive the wienermobile for oscar meyer. they went to a training program and came back brainwashed . every chance they got they would fit in a hot dog pun. relish the opportunity... mustard up the strength.... ketchup with you later....

im sure there were may more but i've blocked them out of my mind for sanity's sake. anyway, both of them said it was a great thing to have on their resume and an amazing opportunity and a fun thing to do right after college before going into the cold dark world where your parents don't pay for everything.

I got a ride in it once

.. when I was in college at Penn State in 1990- it was doing the rounds. The weiner driver (a cute girl) who had parked it next to the laundrymat where I was doing laundry - asked if wanted a ride around the block. I almost pooped my pants!

No one ever forgets the Oscar Myer Weinermobile! :-)

A friend sent this to me.

Hotdogger Oath
(These are the lucky folks that get to drive it around everywhere)
As official Hotdogger of the celebrated Oscar Mayer® Wienermobile™, I salami swear to uphold the dogma set forth here, and I promise to:

Encourage wiener lovers nationwide to relish the delicacy, ketchup on the great taste of hot dogs, and give in to the craving once it's mustard. Be frank and furthermore, to be upstanding in a line for hot dogs at ball parks, barbecues, buffets, and other bashes. Journey into the streets, dachs, und ports of my community, wish well to all comers, plump and lean -- and leave them with a wiener to roast about. As once I wished I were, now I am -- an Oscar Mayer® Wienermobile™ Hotdogger.

~~~~~~~~~~
I don't make this stuff up... I just report it!
