I ordered a euro vanity plate from fancyplates.com on August 27th. They are located in Northern Ireland. I have tried to email them multiple times with no response and cant seem to get through by phone. I ordered one from them and it took FOREVER. I DID get it, but I emailed them repeatedly, never heard from them and then one day: there it was!

I think from ordering to receiving took over a month, so if it hasn't been that long, just be patient a little more.

Still frustrating, I know, but hang in there! It is worth it as they are great plates.

I don't know why they can't answer the emails, it was so frustrating. I have an international line at work and was ready to call them up, and the day I remembered to do it--it arrived!
