I love the body color rear/headlight rings! I might try that... but I can never get paint to lay down right in the winter so I may wait until it gets warmer/drier...

So ive had my R53 DSW for about 8 month and LOVE IT. Doing alot of mods to make it a fun daily driver. I have to say that Dark Silver is really the only way to go.

Has anyone else noticed that dark silver is no longer a color option for new MINIs??

I dunno, I kinda like it. It makes our cars a little more special than they already are.

Has anyone seen an eclipse gray in person? In photos, some angles make it look really nice...kinda like a GTI carbon steel gray. But some photos make it look like it has some brown in there (which I don't care as much). After a nice coat of wax, there's nothing like dark silver.

Had her for a week now, 2010 MCS with 7,500 on the clock. Put the stubby antenna on the day I got her, and yes, DS is the sexiest color available for the MINI.
