Removing silver door trim

I have a rattle in the passenger door. I think it comes from the silver oval trim rubbing against the rest of the door, because when i PUSH on it, rattle goes away. Is there a way to remove just the silver piece so I can felt it?
All instructions I have read thru just show how to remove the whole door panel.

It's probably not that center piece since that piece is like melted onto the rest of the door panel. If you break those pegs, you'll have to hot glue it back to the door panel....

Why don't you just take off your door panel and make sure all your clips are still unbroken......and if you have the time, seal it up with some HOme Depot Tite Seal. I started a thread about it here:
