Ouch!
Got rear-ended at a stop sign yesterday on the way to work .
Anyone have any experience with body shops in the Raleigh area? The other guys insurance co uses Tru2Form in Garner. I have an appointment for Tuesday morning. Should I try the dealer? Downside is that they are about 2 hrs away.
(I was going to attach a picture, but I cant figure out how to make it smaller to be able to attach it). Looks to me like it may just be the back bumper, the black plastic trim at the bottom of the bumper, and the exhaust looks like its bent.

Sorry to here you got hit. I'd call the dealer & see who they'd recommend. I would not use a body shop that the other fellows insurance company has a sweetheart deal with. That shop will work for the insurance company & not necessarily for you. Good luck, ask around & you'll find a good shop.

What do you drive GBliss?
I have the Aero Kit back bumper painted Chilli red from factory. Brand new in the box with all parts needed. It fits all 02-06 MC. It looks like the picture attached but chilli red. I will be willing to let it go for $250 and Ill take care of shipping. That would take care of the bumper.
Now you have a perfect excuse to upgrade your exaust.
Let me know.

Sorry, I forgot to include that info. I have an 04 MCS, BRG/WT. Guess the bumper wont fit - but I appreciate the offer.
I'm going to see what the body shop says (the dealer didnt have any recommendations for local body shops). I'll probably go with the stock bumper, but like you said, perfect time to upgrade the exhaust (Magnaflow?)!

I had a good experience with Brown Auto Collision Center in Chapel Hill....
My wife's brand new Honda Odyssey got rear ended just 3 weeks after she bought it, they replaced the rear bumper, perfect color match, car was ready when she was told it would be...
Make sure you get a written estimate, and make sure you have the other guys insurance pay for a rental, and don't settle for a rental allowance, have them foot the entire rental bill up front..
Good luck
