Ohh I had a different noise, that's sutble when I'm there cause the engine is already warm, so it takes a little more convincing and for a clutch/flywheel they need more than my word to fix it.

I agree with what you have to say. And one more thing to add about Knauz, Dan the MA is pretty cool guy too.

Im going to call Patrick tomorrow (or Tues if they're closed tomorrow)
to setup appointment to get my coolant flushed, brake fluid flushed,
and oil changed. coolant is 3 years old (brown and ikky), brake fluid is
overdue by one year, and oil needs to be changed.

it should be all covered under the maintenance warranty, right?
I got 21.5k miles and still within my warranty period.

im setup for my 3 free flushes tomorrow morning.

i just dropped by Patrick this morning to setup my appointment. I called
first, but only got their voicemail...so just decided to make a progressive
move. im a businessman... i know a little extra effort goes a very long
way.

since the service is going to take 2-2.5hrs, i decided to pass on the
alignment this time. i'll take care of it when i have the FSD's installed
next spring.

So I thought I was going to get my fluids changed under the
maintenence warranty. Nope.

Without me knowing, the car was put into service end of July 03,
therefore I am liable for all expense. WTF. My car was purchased
off the floor (demo) so did not know the actual "In-Service" date.

If anyone bought a car off the show room or demos, check with your
dealer when the Real in-service date was. Otherwise, you will end
up like me. (I bought the car back in late Sept03).

I did the brake flush (overdue) and 4 wheel alignment since
I'm here anyway. oh well. live and learn....:impatient
