Good vendor story...
I wasn't quite sure where to put this, so if it needs to be moved, mods do your thing.
Ok, I ordered my Alta rear control arms and case of Redline oil from Kyle @ JSC Speed last week. Got my oil on sat and the Fed-Ex guy said he had another box for me. I was thinking sweet my control arms too. Well he brings the box and its in crappy shape. Its busted wide open and there are no control arms in sight. The Fed-Ex guy tells me he'll take it back to the terminal and just to sign for the oil. I do and shoot Kyle an email. I give him a call on tuesday, b/c I figured they were closed like most places on Labor Day, and talk to him for a few minutes. He tells me he'll call back after looking into it. Well, I get a call today on my lunch from him and he says he was sorry for not calling yesterday (totally understandable, first day after a three day weekend is usually bad for getting anything done) and tells me he filed the claim with Fed-Ex and as soon as he gets any info he'll foward it to me.
Long story short, Kyle went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied, which I was, and then some. Those guys @ JSC Speed really care about their customers and deserve a pat on the back. Where some might see it as just doing his job, I consider it a step above b/c of his courtesy and respect.Kudos guys!
