Extending service warrantee...is it worth it?

My dealer offers an extension of an extra year for about 450.00 dollars. They told me that I would probably need brakes that last year and that would run about 750.00 dollars.

hummm.... wat exactly do they need to do with the brakes? change the
pads and flush the fluid? you can probably change the pads yourself
(purchase pads from tirerack, follow octaneguy's DIY) and even if you
did let the dealer flush the fluid, it should only be $100-110 for the service.
total... probably about $300. you'll need to do an oil change which should
be $65 at the dealer (oil change only) or if you did it yourself, it would
cost $40 or less.
