I bought my Space Blue 06 MCS right off the dealers show room floor. Is there any way to tell the production date of the car from the VIN. I would like to know when it was built as I have seen a number of threads in NAM that refer to a production date to determine if a certain modification or feature was included in the car.

Actually the date of production should be on the label inside your driver's side door...
