Strange brake lights
Last night I got in my 04 MCS, started it up, looked back before backing, and noticed that there was some red light back there. I checked and I wasn’t pushing the brakes. So I press and depressed the brakes and the lights were still on. I turned the headlights on and off and they were still on. I finally turned the car off and they went out and work fine now.
A few years ago it happened but this time I got out and was walking to work when a coworker said that I left my lights on. I looked but the middle brake light was also on. I unlocked and locked the doors, no change, pressed the brakes and still nothing finally, I turned the ignition on then off and every thing was back to normal. Has anyone else had this problem?

I remember people mentioning a TSB about the brake lights staying on - a quick search yielded this thread that mentions one:
https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ight=brake+tsb
A bit more searching might get you more info/details on the TSB, but it does sound like it warrants a trip to the dealer.
