Hey,
I have posted twice about my car overheating. Today they replaced the fan, and some wires. It hasnt overheated yet. When my MINI was at the dealer, one of the technitions riped off the handle for the folding rear seat. Apparently they don't fix that sort of thing right on the dealership, so next week, I have to take it somewhere more then an hour away. They have to take the seat apart by pulling off the leather, and a whole bunch of parts. I am, going to be out of a MINI for like a week

That sucks, but at least you're getting a loaner! You're better off than many, many other MINI owners who get stuck in the shop. You may have to drive a Cavalier, but they have to PAY to drive a Cavalier!

Folding rear seat handle breaking was actually a known issue in 2002 models. Had passenger side replaced on my MC by dealer. Had to use needle nose pliers for a few weeks until they got it fixed. I think they only fix it if it breaks though...also had my bonnet latch break. Little stuff I have forgotten about by going far too fast far too often in this car

Whats the rear seat latch got to do with the car overheating? ie why are they playing back there? It took me a few tries to get mine fixed as well.... 22 days exactly.
