Turbo Video

This is a short low quality video of our latest Turbo car. The parking lot is our private lot so it was completly safe to test in the lot.

Just wanted to show you what 12psi looks like from a turbo. In that video the car is still untuned and only running 12psi, it has a cat on it and its running 91 oct pump gas!

You got a headlight out.

The setup looks sweet! Can't wait to see more of it.

Nice. You guys aren't using 91 for the dyno are you? You guys better be taking that thing to 8k and using 110.

Brian... I don't think your exhaust is loud enough.

Look forward to seeing more vids of both yours and Tuls' turbo MINIs. Will you be tricking out the Silk Green MC with a turbo kit?

Were gona run it with both 91 and 105, then 118 Its been over 8K on pump gas ( 91 ) I want to do a pull as it is now to see what its actually making @15psi on 91...its really strong!

Cooper stays stock, no turbo in the near future for that one. ( unless the cvt dies )

The kit is coming but no solid pricing yet, we have been working the numbers for the past couple weeks trying to make a complete kit priced as reasonable as possible. As soon as we have solid prices and #'s I will post them.

Lex, its a little loud but it sounds good

Brian, is this a bolt-up, or does it require headwork/engine removal? Can you list pricing range, like 3-4K, 5-6K, 7-8K, 8k+ approx? PM is fine, just looking to see where this falls. Thanks

which brings me to the question... is this MCS specific/prefered?

I "THINK" we "MAY" do something with the cooper also "BUT" "IF" we do it will have to be done by us. But no guarantees if we will or wont make a cooper kit.

Tire roasing coming soon...lol

stage one will be in that "range" but it wont be like the black car...lol Alot went into the black car. The setup there is actually a step past where the M600 WAS when we ran the 10.6 just no n20 on the black one.

Ok, here are preliminary #'s, the car is still pretty much untuned. We just wanted to get a baseline before we head out to Mynes Performance to completly tune the car.

The file is a pdf so I dont know if it will show in the thread but its attached also.

309 whp
20# boost
Stock ecu
PUMP GAS! ( 91 )
