Love my MINI, but got to get this off my chest (MINI, are you listening?)

1) I cannot get the door to stop moving in the open position...the detents are not deep enough. No matter how gently I seem to push it open, it rebounds back. I (and my pax) instinctively jam a foot up to stop it from shutting again. As a result I have had to clean more scuff marks off both door in 3 months than I ever had in 24 years of car ownership.

2) How hard is it to flash the lights again when I press the key fob button the second time to unlock the pax door. Heck, my cheapie Dodge MINIVan can at least do that!
