How cool is this. MOTR (Mini of he Rockies) has been invited to screen the Italian Job in Denver on the 27th of May. MOTR is the original club in the Denver area that has been around for decades with the original Mini’s and has welcomed us newbie’s. Anyway the theater gave us the trailer to view at our club meeting and 50 tickets. They’ve arranged for the new and original Mini’s to park on the sidewalk in front of the theater where we will be screening the movie. I will be take pictures at the event and will post them here. I’m excited be apart of this and also glad to see that the original and new Mini’s have been encouraged to come together in this club and participate at events. Not like what I keep reading about events overseas where the originals have been shut out of events by BMW.

This is going to be very cool and fun.

 

Sounds like a lot of fun. But what theater and what time will this happen. I would get a kick out of seeing them lined up.

 

Sounds like a blast and one fun-filled MINI day. Should be some good photo ops there. Love to see the pics when you have them done.

May 27th, I believe we are supposed to be there around 6:00PM. It is the theater next to Dave and Busters off of I-25. I don't know the name, still learning Denver and Colorado.

 

Would I be allowed to come, because if so, I'm there.
