No locks for putting the seats down
So , a few weeks ago I picked up a beautiful Cabrio "sidewalk" in Pepper White. I was going on my first long road trip and needed to pack some extra gear so I figured I would put the back seats down for the extra space.
I consulted the manual and it said to unluck the seats with your key. The locks are located on either side of the rear head rests. So, when I go to do that, I notice two holes there, but no locks. My key just rolls around in there. It turns out the MFG forgot to put in the locks. Its very annoying. The dealer was surprised, but they have to order it special as the lock has to fit my key.
You would think quality control would have caught that one. Obviously they didnt check to see if the seats were working when it left the factor.
Oh well
