Bulb Questions!
Hey Everyone!
I drive a 2007 sidewalk. We noticed the other day that we have one running light in the blinker assembly out and one tail light out. I was wondering if these are bulbs that can be purchased at WalMart or radio shack? If so, does anyone have access to a step by step to get the old bulbs out and the new bulbs in?
Thank you!
Craig

Both are common bulbs that can be found wherever auto bulbs are sold. The front running bulb is 194, the tail/brake bulb is 1157.
To change the front running bulb, open the hood, look down and you can see the back of the light housing with the bulb holders for the turn signal and running light. The larger one is the turn signal and the smaller is the running light. Both bulb holders detach from the light housing by twisting counterclockwise. The running light bulb holder can be very tight initially and you could use pliers if necessary for more leverage to twist. The space is tight and to give yourself more room to maneuver, you could first release the turn signal bulb holder and move it out of the way.
The cabrio's taillight is awkward to access because it's hard see what you're doing. First release the "easy load" levers at the tailgate, then remove the access panel in the luggage compartment near the top of the taillight. Unplug the wiring harness from the taillight (squeeze on a tab on the connector to release it). The taillight has a panel that holds all three bulbs. Release the bulb holder panel by squeezing together two vertical tabs on either side of the wiring connector.
