I drank the Kook Aid. I turned the "driver" setting on in the head unit. It drove my rear right speaker and my right front speaker to the breaking point.

I live in downtown Washington DC. I have no garage. Minimal tools. I'm taking it to Best Buy on Friday.

From what I've read, the H/K is the head unit, an amp, the front component 6" something woofer and the front tweeters. The back is not the usual 6x9. It seems to be another 6" something woofer.

I am having Best Buy replace the cones one for one. I'm having them replace just the front woofers with Kenwood component woofers. No new tweeters. No new crossovers.

What are the back speakers? More woofers? Or two way speakers?
