Dead R52. No Power at all!!!

I need some help with my 2005 Mini Cooper S Convertible R52,
Last Friday I drove home and forgot to lock the door notice the doors were unlocked on Sunday so got out my key and pushed the lock button. Nothing happened,
Open the door and put in the key nothing no voltage on the steering column meter.
Get my charger open the bonnet and start to charge from the auxiliary jump-starting terminal.
Notice the charger was saying full charge in a few, mins tester shows 14.3V
Note: I just replaced the battery 3 days ago with a Optima
Get my tester out and from the auxiliary jump-starting terminal it reads 12.59V
But the car is still dead
Check the input voltage at Fuse Holder 3 and 0V

OK my question is
Is there a hidden fuse or connection from the auxiliary jump-starting terminal to Fuse Holder 3?
With no power, is the only way to open the trunk from the back seats? I like to disconnect the battery from the car.
Fuse Holder 2 is the one inside left, Fuse Holder 3 front left. Where is Fuse Holder 1?

Any help is appreciated

Look in your owner's manual for opening the R52 tailgate manually. There is a hook tool under the rear seat to help you pull on the rear seat fold down lever. Once you get a rear seat folded down, you can reach the triangle release handle on the tailgate.

seeing as you just replaced your battery chances are your terminal is loose so when you pop the hood wiggle it to see if it moves

generally its the easiest things we overlook then panic when it doesnt work

Thank you I have tried everything I can think of at the engine area. One thing I haven't done is to look at the battery. I am thinking now that the cable that connects to the battery cable the one that screws to the terminal got lose somehow.
I hope that is what it is. Miss driving my Mini to work.

From: Wherever she takes me.
Beside the battery in a small box you will find the main fuse in it. See if it blew.

I finally got the rear trunk open and was able to confirm my suspicion
The cable that connects to the front Fuse Holder3 was lose.
I think it got lose when I installed the battery last week.
Anyway, I got my tester and had to check the connections.
So for the cable that is bolted on to the + battery connector goes to the front fuse holder and the other thicker cable goes to the Jump-Start terminal.
Dumb me…..
Thanks All
