Don't know it this tid-bit has been posted yet or not, but did you know that the Clubman roof is the longest produced by BMW?

 

Is that a good thing ?

 

Some people think that size matters!

 

Maybe so, but not when it comes to turning a MINI into a Station Wagon.

I like the roof, long or not. I also like the contracting c-pillar very much...the car would lose something if painted body color, imo. Same w/ the roof profile. I do hope folks will give the unique Clubman design features a chance. I suspect it'll look great once we see it in the showroom. By the same token, it is risky to become entrenched in a premature negative bias. That's no fun.
