Hey there ChadC,
Nice looking MINI! I especially appreciate the chrome accents against the hot chocolate color, something I've recently moved to. (Wish I had a hood scoop to work with!) In my gallery you can find a before & after look with black accents giving way to chrome (and amber giving up to white).Of course, I'm starting with black where you have silver, on roof and pillars. Yours is a great model for the HC & chrome look. I'd love to see some shots of the interior. How about a gallery with some good sized images???

Greetings all.
I'd just like to say thanks to everyone in the Hot Chocolate Owners Forum for having me.
However, I no longer have my 2008 Hot Chocolate Justa Clubman.
Roo was very good to me. I owned him for 5 months and put on over 14000+ fun miles and smiling the whole time.
Came across a deal I couldn't refuse...
Traded for a 2008 Dark Silver Metallic Clubman S. With almost no miles on it. Now my cheeks hurt from smiling!
Thanks again!
See you in the other NAM forums...

Wish I could take credit for selecting the styling, but I bought it used. It's pretty close to what I would have built for myself, if I had an extra $8,000 to spend on a car. There's no way I would have bought those wheels, the navigation, the sports pack, headliner, hood scoop, 6-disk (really? Who buys a CD changer?) etc because of cost. But hey, I'm glad I found the deal I did.
It's the standard HC/Oak/Beige interior commonly found on HC's, but with the headliner and navi which isn't as common. Maybe I'll borrow the 10mm lens from work and have a go at snapping so pictures.
Maybe I'll also show how nicely a car seat fits, which is something I would have liked to know when I was still shopping for a compact car.

We're at 16K miles and everything is great. The only thing it needed were front struts (I believe) and a new wheel because of pot holes, but this happened with my '06 MINI as well. But everything is holding very well. Did the first official mod on Monday- the m7 ultimate upper grille.

I have a hot chocalate clubman
I bought my hot chocolate clubman back in February, 2008. it was the showroom car and I made the dealership take it out and prep it. In fact they had to stay late to close the deal. I have 28,900 miles and I have loved it since the first drive. I am a BMW master technician and this car is like an adult version of a gokart. I drive it 80 miles a day and average about 37 mpg. I have raced Mazda 2.3's and other cars and can beat them in traffic. The only regets is that I did not buy the S but I like the softer suspension for the long haul. I still am running the same tires and have only had the normal service interval with no problems yet(knock on wood). I just love it and also I want to become a member of this club if possible.
Good motoring,
Jeff
