TattedXB-
My gallery has a few of them, but not the stripes in back, just hood stripes. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...hp/photo/80945
or try the link- I took them off after a year, but they were sweet.

On another note, do people not think black on the hood and back looks good? I haven't seen ONE pic yet that I can think of with that combo - I think it looks sweet on the build on the site, but what is the general consensus?

As much as I liked the look of them, and got compliments on them, I hadn't ordered them, as such. I bought mine off the lot in order to not wait many months (March '08). So I just thought about them for a year. Now, if I'd had an S instead of a Justa, I might have kept them. If I were 30 instead of 60, I might have kept them. But after the year, I wanted to brighten it up a bit, and I liked the look of the simple and elegant MINI hood, un-pretentious with stripes. So, off they came at my annual check-up. Likewise, I changed my ambers to whites, and my black mirror caps to chrome.
I still have people who ask me where the black stripes went. One can always change it afterwards, for a few hundred. In general, I think they look great, but better suited to the faster S.

I just picked up my HC/B (still learning the lingo here...). It's just awesome. Ride a lot different than the Saabs I'm used to, for sure, but the Saab doesn't pick up and go like the Mini.
I chose a car with navigation and bluetooth w/ ipod/mp3. I'm so glad I did. The integration is wonderful, and it tames the center speedo. The default car computer just sucks and for some reason it was impossible to read with my polarized sunglasses.

Hello Fellow Motorist!
Remember that from calling 866 Ask Mini a hundred times a day? Well, that's where I am...maybe not a hundred but as of this morning my Hot Chocolate Clubman is still waiting at the dock for its ship to come in. I was told it could be up to a week....tell me it ain't so!
I have a question for anyone who can help....do all Minis take the same shipping company to get to the East Cost (Jersey) and can I get shipping info from the Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics website?
Zugly, was "born" July 6th. He's got a black roof and bonnet stripes with the hot chocolate leather/cloth interior. No moon roof. He's comming with the bridge spoke 16" wheels but I've got a set of 17" multi spoked wheels waiting for him at the dealer's (Mini of Peabody, Mass).....
So that's my story and I'm sticking to it!

Any special plans for MITM in August for this owners group. If not perhaps some will be interested in the barbecue event at Dillon. I have a team that normally competes at these events, (to many other commitments for this one) I know most of the teams and can vouch for the food and beer plus I know ...... secrets to getting to them.

I'm so excited.....
Just picked up my 2009 Hot Chocolate Clubman on Friday, August 24th. Quick run down on features: hot chocolate lounge leather interior, premium package, cold weather package, run flat tires, hot chocolate gear shift, bluetooth, iPod adapter, etc. I am loving this car! Just wanted to say hello!
