OK, I'll admit to an HC Clubman. Not an "S". 2010 model. Black C pillars, but everything else body-coloured. Heated seats were my only option. (Glad to see that BMW Canada dropped the silly packaging of the heated seats with the sunroof -- which I definitely did NOT want!)
Took delivery on Dec. 29th. Already got something like 1500km on the clock, which included a back-highways trip to Toronto and back.
My only complaint -- so far -- is that the vertical windscreen *really* calls for a lot of windscreen washer action in the slush. I had to stop and refill the washer fluid even though I had enough fuel for a round trip without refilling. Oh well, it gave me a chance to stretch my legs and grab a coffee.
I imagine this thing is going to an issue once the weather warms up and the bugs come out to play.

I guess it's a good thing I'm old enough to not care any more whether it's a chick magnet or not. (Not that there's anything wrong with nice looking ladies, or cars that they're attracted to.)
The Clubman was the ONLY vehicle available in the Canadian market that satisfied ALL my requirements. And it's a hoot to drive as well!
Looking forward to many happy years together.

Almost new Mini
Almost new. Dealer driven, just 3000 miles. A Christmas present to self.
I have added Chrome mirrors and I'm looking to trade a brand new pair of chrome "S" scuttles for chrome scuttles without the "S" (JCW). A great guy named Slade gave them to me with the chrome mirror caps. Any idea where I might make a trade?
Also, not sure what membership brings besides getting to know other lucky Hot Chocolate owners. Let me know if I can get a badge or something.
Thanks!

Mini adventure
Hey everyone, I've not contributed for a while so I thought I would share a piccy of my clubman on a recent 1000 mile round trip up to Scotland. This place was called 'Rest and be Thankful' in Argyll. Mini has been with with me for over 2 years now and just gets better everyday.
I am lovin it.
