The wheel cleaner strips off the wax. I've noticed when I wash my wheels, they come clean just with regular car wash soap and hose for 2 or 3 washings after..then next time, I need to clean with the wheel cleaner (I use Griot's Garage wheel cleaner), and rewax.

That's alotta work, though!! Oxy - you must have a lift???

I knew it....I left it on the showroom and today she has found a new home...So I have to build me another one...will be here 3er week of May.

I switched the wheels, I am partial of the R105's and by Monday will have the JCW front bumper on and JCW blk grille and the rigor Minspeed shorty antenna.

I thought putting in a deposit would confirm that the dealer will sell you the car regardless of where the car is presented. If that is the case, I will email my MA and tell him NOT to put my Clubman on display and park it at the back with the rest of the BMW cars.

You are right...if you have a deposit its yours unless you let it go. in my case I am my own MA. I sold it...I order this CMs after I came back from driving it in Las Vegas, but I want the stage I on it, I kind of took my chances on having it around, I really thought it will stay in the showroom for a while but looked too good to last. So I am getting another one, will be here 3er week of may or thereabouts. Hopefully by then I will be able to get the engine kit on.

rear MINI emblem

Is it bigger than on other MINI's?

I'm getting mine Monday, same colors - love the wheels - I'm still debating which to get. I also debated the viper stripes vs. rally stripes - am going with the wide-apart rally stripes.
Are the driving lights the stock "from the dealer" ones?

Yes there are the driving lamps now come in black and chrome and can be a dealer install or a port install.

Do you have any pics of you Clubby with it being lowered? I just ordered the H&R Springs from Alta for when we get our Clubman in two weeks. Just curious of how it looks lowered. I'm sure it looks sweet.

I'd lower it....I really don't like how the clubmans or r56's look at stock ride height. But that's just me....if you like how it looks and handles, might as well stick with it

Thanks William... I'm proud you like it :D

I think lowering the car improves the handling and cornering... I'd recommend 100%.
